Hi Experts:
Now that I am getting spark at both the plugs, I need to move on to next step, which is repair/restore carbs
Bothe carbs seem to be complete, but in very bad shape.
Not sure if I am supposed to repair or replace.
How do I decide to repair or replace?
What parts should I inspect before deciding?
Where do I buy parts for carbs?
I should be able to post pictures if that helps.
Thanks in advance.

The only way to tell really is a thorough strip-down.
Not hard if you approach it methodically, take plenty of pics as you go.
Tip:
Thoroughly clean the carbs BEFORE you disassemble them - degreaser and then detergent wash, (to minimise getting dirt inside), then spray some CRC or similar penetrating oil around the screws before unscrewing.

about the only thing to be extra careful with is the pilot jet. get the right size flat screwdriver for it and preferably give it several hours in penetrating fluid. the head is very easy to break off and then you've got problems everything else is easy and straightforward to strip down and refurb. if you get stuck anywhere, post some photo's
