Darren Abrams had tested these on some drag motor H2's and a found a slight performance increase. I doubt that you see a difference on a stock or mildly modified motor though.

I saw a guy basically do the same thing to a RD with epoxy in the slides.

I don't really know what it's supposed to do tho.

I think the "performance improvement" will appear in the seller's bank account rather than on your bike.

Maybe Ja-Moo will chime in here. I think he has used them and finds that they do improve the VM carbs quite a bit.

I heard it said that they improve throttle response, but have yet to read any sort of objective review.

I figure that if they were any good we'd all be using them by now, and we're not, so.......

If you want them, fill the base of your stock slides with JBWeld and shape to match the bottom of the slide. I hear that they help, but I don't know of any dyno data. Perhaps it's Placebo effect?

As to Darren; I can't imagine them doing much good on a drag engine. They are supposed to help with low/mid-range power.
