[T500] Stock Compression PSI?

Post by Frank »

Can anyone tell me how many PSI a stock T500 should yield? I think design compression ratio (stock bore) is 6.6:1 but what are you guys seeing when actually measuring this?

My bike has 12,500 miles on it and goes 110mph. They are 100 psi and 95 psi. Just got it so have not opened it up but it needs oil seals. I think that seems low but bike pulls hard and makes decent top speed.
