Paint code for 1979 TS100 blue

Got gifted a very clean example of a Blue 1979 TS100. Belonged to a friend's dad who had it from new. Only 1129 miles on it. Bike hadn't ran in 15 years. After checking spark started on 2nd kick..Amazing. Only work that really needs done is cosmetic and replacing air filter element, throttle cable and probably tires although they still look new However, tank and fender need a repaint.
I'm trying to find the color code without much luck. Generally parts that are painted end in the 3 digit code. Looking up partzilla for the fenders it shows 08w, 13L and 737. I found a great resource for all the color codes at https://pdf4pro.com/view/68-8-duefrghv- ... 0fc29.html but the color codes for 13L and 737 are shades of silver and it doesn't list 08W. 08Y is racing blue though but it's too light. I could get the underneath of the tank matched by a automotive paint shop I guess but it would be nice to find out the actual color. It may be in the 1979 owners manual for this bike but I don't have that.
So, anyone know the color code or even the color name they gave it?
Cheers
Iain
