I specialize in refinishing vintage Japanese motorcycle aluminum engine covers sets (as well as wheel hubs and fork legs) to original appearances.

It's a multi step process with great attention to detail that includes vapor blasting, with a final gloss clear powder coat for durability. I do all work myself in shop, to control quality and turn around times. Pricing varies depending on existing corrosion levels and damage- please contact me with pictures and a description of your parts if interested. Located in Chicago area.

Sandman does excellent work. Definitely recommended.

He did the crankcase covers & fork outer tubes on our GT250 cafe build. Pics are here:
