I would also like 34181-33600 which is number 14 in the picture but that is not available too.

Since a few numbers have changed over the years and show up as NLA for the 74 to 77 GT750 headlamp reflector and its related parts, I have included the present numbers for the H.L bowl and its related parts
H.L conversion to H4 halogen
35121-34430 H4 reflector unit, Koito brand (symmetrical flute pattern) used in the mid to late 80s GS500.
35136-34400 retainer ring for the H4 bulb
35173-20A01 rubber sealing boot for the H4 bulb
H.L bowl and related parts.
35127-45030 H.L reflector mounting ring, front (3 screw type)
35130-45030 H.L reflector mounting ring, rear (3 screw type)
35111-01D20 H.L bowl rim (chrome) round type for L,M,A,B models only
51810-34130 H.L bowl (chrome) round type for L,M,A,B models but now with oval shaped harness holes.
I am in the process of doing the halogen H4 headlight conversion for my 76 GT750A. I have bought the first three part #’s with the Koito H4 reflector unit light glass, the retainer ring, and rubber sealing boot. I also have a new H4 bulb. What else do I need to adapt and mount this to the stock original headlight shell? Do I need the first two referenced #’s in the above 2nd paragraph plus which of the last two #’s? Which chrome rim do I need to mount up to the original shell? Any and all help greatly apprecizted!

The H4 headlight that you bought fits the stock GT750 headlight bowl + related parts.
The 2nd group of part #s, “H.L bowl and related parts”, lists the current part numbers for those parts. They are only needed if you need to replace those parts because yours are bad.

Thanks Jacob. I believe I bought a GS series headlight that won’t fit the stock bowl as the ring rim screw mount positions don’t align. I went and bought a GS500 Light today with the mounting ring so I think I’ll be good once that comes in.
muffler ring between the down pipe and silencers as you are expensive.
I've found an alternative and it work.
fitted a pair onto my bike(tight but once in its fine)

Hi just thought i would let you know about these replacement LED bulbs for the instrument cluster on my GT 750 j
the official bulbs retail at nearly £10 per bulb including postage but these are £1.99 each including postage
They are available in different colours but i have put a white one in my temperature guage and its much brighter than the original
I i havent tried replacing the bulbs in the speedo or rev counter yet but intend to do so .
THE ITEM REF IS 281 BA7S LUCAS TYPE LLB281CAR DASH PANEL
the seller was auto-illuminate-uk but im guessing others also sell them
don't forget monkey man, if you do the indicator idiot light you will need 2 led's, otherwise it only works for one side. i bought the single led's with long tails already attached, wired them in, one to left and one to right side and they work perfectly
cheers, dd.

I don't suppose anyone has found a decent replacement for the GT550 exhaust pipes? Maybe even a slip on that could be attached to the original headers!
If you'd have been watching ebay, you could have bought a complete early ECTS full system , a late rechromed centre pipe or an unused, still in the box NOS left hand outer ECTS pipe two weeks ago from me. I have some others, but not as pretty.
It would depend on what you would need of course. I let the last 3-1 go a few weeks ago, and slip on spannies on the 550A aren't for sale, neither is the full exhaust on the 550J resto I just finished.
Soz.
Think of how stupid the average person is, then realise that half of them are more stupid than that.
What model? J,K (separate carbs) are different to linked carb (L, M, A, B).
It's always nice if you do an introduction too. Just basics like who you are, general area you inhabit and a bit of your biking experience.
Starting a new thread with your specific requirements is always good too, not adding onto a thread that started 8 years ago.

Clutch cables…
cable 58200-33601 — outer cable is ~ 43-3/4” long
cable 58200-31001 — outer cable is ~ 44-3/4” long
Additional length of the inner cable is approximately the same.
Alternative:
Motion Pro 04-0000
Outer cable is 45” long
Additional length of inner cable is approximately 5/16” shorter than the Suzuki parts.
If the shorter inner cable is a problem, do not use the locking nut for the adjuster at the case cover. That’s what I did on the T500 cafe build.
