It's a JAWA, model 362 also known as the americana
parts are a real bitch, i only know this because the funny looking free bike i got that came with the CL450 is that same bike. (but someone bastardized the one i currently have) you will notice the ad say's that they didn't see a kicker or starter! here is the cool thing the gear shifter is the kicker! you push it in then rotate it 90 degrees and it becomes the kicker! bloody cool i tell you, if you buy it, the novelty of the bike alone is worth it.

It's a CZ a 175 I think, the 250 was a twin, same factory which made Jawa.
