I recently picked up a complete Wiseco piston/ring/wrist-pin/circlip kit for a 750 from fleaBay and have subsequently discovered I may not be able to use them.
They are 4th(?) oversize - 72mm.
None of the barrels I have are anywhere near that, i.e. The largest any of them are bored to is 70.5mm, which means to get these pistons to fit, I'm gonna have to bore a lot from a set of barrels, essentially using up a set of sleeves and potentially negating any future boring.
Now...
I'm keen to swap this set for a 1st or maybe 2nd oversize kit/set of brand-new Wiseco (preferably) or OEM pistons/rings/wrist-pins/circlips.
Or, I could sell this set and track down a set from Mr Miller or the like...
