Just joined, I am restorng my school boy bike a 1979 Suzuki GT 185 EC and look forward to all the technical interactions.

I worked (from) Jo'burg, Roodeport - Florida Park - for a year in 1996/7 in Germiston, Vereeniging and Sasolburg, then travelled around a bit too (Sodwana bay scuba diving, Umhlanga rocks, Soweto
etc).
Nice but scary back then....
Wouldn't have missed it though - then went back to Cape Town/ Winelands for holidays + the Outeniqua Choo Choo & Durban etc. Great place.
