Anyone have a source for those? I picked up a really nice 05/72 GT550J the other day and decided to check it all out before I bothered to make it look pretty. Turns out that the left crank seal had disintegrated and was lying behind the alternator which I considered to be less than ideal.
So while I tear the whole bike down for a rebuild, I need to order a set of crank seals. If anyone has any or has a source, please let me know.
The suppliers in the UK that'd I'd suggest trying are Gov'ners Bridge (http://www.govnorsbridgemc.com) and Crooks Suzuki. I would think / hope postage would be cheap for these items.
If I can help, PM me ....

I think all the crankshaft seals are still available from Suzuki - what you can't get are some of the bearings, any oversize pistons and I think the clutch push rod seal under the left side cover is also NLA. Drop Reiner an email (gtreiner1@aol.com) for his most recent parts list as he often does have hard to find parts.

If at first you don't succeed, just get a bigger hammer !
Useful info. Thanks guys. I'll start at our local Suzuki dealer. They don't always know what I'm talking about (they say that about me too ) but they try to get what I need on order and are very responsive.
