T250 grab rails??

question for ya.for years I've made the 250 grab rails out of 16mm tubing to distinguish the difference between the T500 which use's 19mm tubing.
these two a virtually the same in size.
using the 16mm tubing was to make it easier for me for me to pick up and wrap so I don't get the two mixed up and also for stock check.
now what I want to do is narrow my stock of tube size's which is currently 12mm,16mm and 19mm.
the original Suzuki tubing for both is 18mm to which I cannot get.
so instead of using 16mm maybe 19mm would be better what would you guys suggest?
obviously I want the grab rail looking to fat for the 250.
the 380,550,750 use's 19mm so they are fine.
