Wrong boot. I work at a Suzuki dealership and I can not get the dust boot any longer. The part number does not supersede and it says NLA (no longer available).

For clarification I am looking for a dust boot, not a gaiter. They look like this.

Yeah, I'm looking for something very similar, for my T350. It has 34 mm forks, too. I can't find anything under the original PN for the T350 (51100-18651). I wonder if some of the ones out there made by Pyramid would work. We may have to do a lot of asking around. I measured the old boot's dimensions as follows, are they the same as yours?

Inner fork tube diam = 34mm
OD of fork lower tube = 50mm
Height of dust boot = 40mm.

It would seem that something would fit, since there can't be that many different fork tube designs, could there?

Wow, I've been looking & looking for something, & just after I posted this, the very next thing I found is this:

http://hotfootmoto.net/store/product.ph ... stseller=Y" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I may try these, the only difference is the height is 4mm shorter, it should work... I hope.

Don't know if you found the fork dust boots you were looking for, but I found some for my T350 that did fit perfect, they should probably fit a 250 fork, too (if it's a 34mm fork tube). (not the ones from my previous post, which were at hotfootmoto, since they were really pricey, $70 for the set!!!, which seemed outrageous).
Anyway, I took a chance on a pair of boots for a Yamaha XS650, and believe it or not, they fit perfect, and the prices was only $22 a pair. Here's where I got them:

If you like, I can take a picture of how they look installed. I know it's not totally faithful to the original, but the original boots can't be found anywhere, it seems.
