T350 headlight bulbs

My Step son and I are doing a 1969 t350.
The only item I'm having difficulty locating is the headlight bulb. Common to early twins I guess.

Does anyone have a source.

Is it the three ear type or the three hole type? wattage 15/15 or 15/25 or 25/35?

Missing a digit I think - should be 09471-12022 and is a 25/35W. Not sure whether tab or hole though.

The bulb is 25/35 W and the base has 3 holes. My buddy thinks it's the same as a Ski-Doo bulb( 6 &1 2 Volt) and the same as many Yamaha's . He's looking into it this week

Found out Motovan sells them..35w/30 part number 04-125
