T500 fork oil recommendation

Recently noticed that one of the fork oil drain bolts wasn't tight enough & some of the oil leaked out.

Any recommendation on what oil to use for T500 forks & amount of oil to use?

220cc of oil.. I use fork oil 30 grade because the damping for the T500 is really primitive and not overly effective
