Hey guys.
I am looking to replace the upper and bottom seal to my T500's oil pump. The bottom seal looks like it will just pop out with a hook; the top one I'm not so sure about. Do I need to remove the bearing to remove the seal? Has anyone done this that can give me some pointers?
thanks

Re: rebuild T500 oil pump
It's been a while since I did mine but if I remember correc tly the three screws on the top need to come off then that shaft comes out so you can replace both oil seals. there is also a "square type o ring inb the top as well"
hope that helps.

Good to know that the shaft needs to be removed. I'll try that, thanks
