GP100 GP125 Brake Caliper

Post by daxman »

Hi All

Been messing about with my 100 again and I'm looking to transplant a GP100 disc brake front end to it (for fun/looks). I need a brake caliper though and in order to widen my search I wondered if they were common to other models. It has 60mm centres to the mounts if that helps.

Cheers

Ok so I found a GN 125 chinese unit that fits (once I welded some spacers to the mounting plate holes.. After I bought this and mod'd it a genuine GP100 unit appeared on ebay.

Haha! Welcome to the world of classic bike modifications!!
Think of how stupid the average person is, then realise that half of them are more stupid than that.
