1968 Cobra front fender
Now that I got your attention, which front fender fits my 1968 T500 Cobra besides the missing original? Does a later Titan fender fit the mounts or possibly another model? At least I will have a fender.

Re: 1968 Cobra front fender
Per an old printed part manual for the T500-1 & Partzilla for the T500M:
https://www.oldjapanesebikes.com/mraxl_ ... /index.php
https://www.partzilla.com/catalog/suzuk ... front-fork
The fork outer tube part #s are 51130-15011 & 51140-15011 for all T500 model years. (Does not apply to GT500)
The T500-I lower triple tree # is 51410-15010.
The T500-II thru T500J triple tree # is 51410-15110.
The T500M lower & upper triple tree #s are 51410-15110.
The triple tree part # for your T500-I is different than later model #s. But the fork tube spacing is likely the same.
The fork outer tube is the same for all T500s. So I would expect the front fender to be interchangeable for all T500 model years.
The T500 has steel fork outer tubes & the GT500 has cast aluminum(ish) fork outer tubes. So the GT500 fender may be different.
Did the same with my first-year T350 restoration, which has a later-model front fender. Easier to find + they look better.

The GT500 shares the same front fender mounting as the GT550 and I believe the GT750, the holes for bolts are side by side, not up and down.
