Just bought myself the bike i have wanted since i was 17, i have had the Gt125, Gt185 and Gt250 and numerous other 2 strokes in the past, this one has been well looked after and had a comprehensive restoration over the past 15 years with its previous owner, I am just about to fit electronic ignition as i remember years ago how quick you could get engine problems with poor ignition timing, its pretty much standard engine wise - still runs std size pistons with a set of nos barrels, virtually all bolts and fittings , spokes etc have been replaced with stainless, all the brightwork has been triple chromed, looking forward to some nice weather and take it around a few shows if we can this year.Old biker returning to 2 wheels

Very nice. I do like Suzy triples, and had 'several' 550s plus a Hippo.
Which bit of the UK are you in? I'm in South Yorkshire, near Barnsley.

Think of how stupid the average person is, then realise that half of them are more stupid than that.

Hi, I used to live in Gods country (S. Yorkshire ) until we returned to Newark on Trent Notts, and the bike came from a really nice guy in Wakefield.

Very pretty bike. The weather is on the change, so you'll be able to get out and enjoy it soon.
Keeping old 2 strokes alive !
