This is for our 1972 GT550 cafe build.
Have new Jemco 3-into-1 exhaust that I bought some time ago. The test fit of headers into the cylinders did not match up.
Did a quick check for the expansion chamber & it looks like its fine.
Suzuki used the same exhaust gasket & screw-on exhaust clamp for all years.
The Suzuki RH muffler for J/K has part # 14301-34000, and L-A has part # 14301-34003. So the changes were probably minimal.
Any suggestions or thoughts before I contact Jemco?

Looking at the left cylinder pic, the exhaust clamp looks to correctly match up with the cylinder. But the pipe OD is too small.
I suspect they may have done something like using a GT550 jig & GT380 pipe.

Compared the header pipe to a GT380 exhaust gasket & the ODs match.
Compared the left-to-right cylinder spacing on the header, the GT550 & a GT380. Looks to be a match with the GT380.
Am thinking that maybe Jemco sent me a GT380 exhaust instead of a GT550 exhaust.
Email sent to Jemco. Hopefully we can work this out soon.

Here’s some info for you posted today on Kawi 2 Strokes website about someone wanting Yamaha RD pipes constructed. I’ve copied and pasted his post. Doesn’t sound good.....
I contacted Jon Easton in Houston TX about a pipe kit for a Yamaha RD Twin six months ago and sent him the fund, and he told me they would be ready in two months.I got a message from him recently saying he is not able to build pipes any more because he and his partner have health issues.Saying he can't provide me with the pipes. He also said he would like to give me my money back. But can find no record of my payment.I forwarded the payment info, but have not gotten any replies, and there is no answer when I try to call.Anyone in the area familiar with JEMCO ?
Most recent post was 2 weeks ago, with a post of:
“Awesome. Anyone know if Jon Easton is okay? Health wise? I've paid upfront for an expansion chamber over two months ago. Although, haven't heard from him. I'm concerned if he's alright? Any info be appreciated.”
Forking by Frank has been around for a long time. A few years ago it looked like they were going to close for health reasons, but they came back & are in business.
Hopefully Jemco can make a comeback too.
