Award Winning
Feels good to be recognized - my 77 GT500 won "Best Vintage Motorcycle" at a local show this weekend. Makes the long hours and frustration worth it!

Re: Award Winning
Is that a big capacitor for a powerdynamo unit?

Re: Award Winning
It is a big capacitor. Stock charging system with tympanium-style rect/reg. With the LED rear lights the cap provides enough capacity. I have no issues below 2k RPM. Below that the instrument lights dim when on high beam - but otherwise it's pretty good. No bulb issues yet. The weight savings are substantial.
