Need a vacuum tool to operate a Pingel vacuum petcock.
Want to drain the tanks as part of winter prep on 2 bikes with the Pingel petcocks.
The Pingels don't have a prime position; they have on, reserve & off.

Re: recommendation for cheap hand vacuum tool
Would it be easiest to remove the tank and pour most of the fuel out of the filler neck, then remount the tank and use mouth suction via a piece of hose on the vac take-off to get the remaining fuel out via the tap?
Mouth suction works a treat when bleeding brakes, too, but it's best to use clear hose so you can see when the brake fluid is coming through

Use a length of hose and a clamp. Apply mouth suction to open the tap and immediately clamp it to keep it open.

I use a model airplane fueling bulb. Similar to a turkey baster. Squeeze the bulb, apply the hose, release the bulb. DONE!

I was born with nothing and still have most of it left.
