GT 750 injector oil mileage?

Post by T350guy »

I can't remember what my Old 750 got back in the day , I'm curious as I have the pump lowered on my recent 77 750B.
The mileage using Shell Ultra sled oil is 1000cc per 1000 miles. Just checked last night and it was below my mark. took 1100 cc to fill to upper mark I made..mileage was 1086 miles.
Pipes are clean..No drool like my Kawasaki's..I now have the pump turned down on my H1B with great results.
On my triples I would average 500-600 miles per liter

What would be the normal consumption of Injector oil be ?

8) Hi,English road tests of the GT750J back in the day, quoted around 250 miles per imperial pint,my GT750A gets about this figure on factory setting of pump,no doubt this figure would fall a bit with "spirited" high speed riding :?: :P 1.759 Imperial pints to the Litre.
Cheers,

Thanks Roger
It seems that in normal pump settings it's the same as most kawi Triples.
