I'm putting new pads and shoes on the GT500, I was thinking that I might replace the rubber hydraulic brake line with steel braided.
Has anyone else done this and did they find that it made any improvement?

I got a set of custom lines fro a guy on ebay. They were slightly cheaper than the regular brands and were exactly what I ordered (not necessarily what I needed, but that's not their fault
).
They were stainless braid covered in a black sheath. They look like stock lines but are slightly smaller diameter.
Best improvement to a set of brakes.
