The wires on the Titan are all coded in colour as you can see, and some go to the switches on the handlebars and back to the connectors making the quantity look quite extensive cause they are all in the headlamp housing.
Its a very simple schematic and if you need the diagram i can send it to you showing them laid out flat and easily explained.

Oh youre only 20??? ok ill excuse you on that fact,,LOLOL. Copy these two links and paste them together for a wiring diagram then you can ask all the questions you want cause now you can see what youre doing or not doing.

Print it out and tape it together, follow the colours and connect them to the sockets as the diagram shows.
You can make notes as well for reference such as what colours go to their respective circuits so you will know what part you are working on.
Ask any questions here if you get confused.

In those days they mostly had the bullet connectors and some of the first generation plastic ones which were too big to fit into the headlamp housing.
So in an instance where there was a common multiple junction like that of the black/white wires they would "step" the main harness connector so it could connect more than two wires into it.
In other words sometimes you would see a wire with a double female and then an extra pigtail coming from it with another pair of connectors on that one as well.
Very rarely will you find any spares once its all connected up, so connect what you can to match the colours and see whats left over.
Suzuki used the same colours on all the bikes of that time period so its easy to know what circuit youre referring to when you mention a particular colour.
Remember to have the switch harnesses inside the HL bowl as well.

You need to have the stator and the charging system components connected as well as the ignition circuit and a battery installed for a Titan to work. The lights/indicators are all accessory circuits.

Yes if only those items are disconnected it should run if you have a fresh battery in the bike

Q. Is there a kill switch in the right switch block? If so it may have to be wired into the system depending on your year/model.
ORANGE is switched 12v from the main key switch and goes to lights and horn and indicators and ignition
BLACk and WHITE is ground and almost everything has a ground wire somewhere.
