while looking for GT750 crash bars(curiosity was getting the better of me)

It looks like the work of the same guy who has had his creations shown in Classic Motorcycle Mechanics mag from time to time. He's quite creative.
I believe he's built at least 2 Buffalo-based "modern" bikes.
