NTSR - House for Rent - Dacula, GA

Post by Tom Garcia »

All,

It's a long story but I "accepted" a full-time position up in Ohio where I have been managing a project for the last year. I really don't want to sell it right now nor put it up for rent in a newspaper. I would prefer to have a friend, friend-of-a-friend, or board member rent it if it works for someone... My only concern is crime with leaving it vacant for yet ANOTHER year...although it seems we still don't have any crime in the neighborhood as long as you discount my own family!!! (By marriage at least).

I would make a good deal to a trustworthy soul(s) especially if they don't mind doing minor odd-and-ends maintenance/upkeep. Well, here's the specs:

3100+ square foot 4 bedroom 3.5 bath with a two car garage. Master on main with hardwood floor in foyer, LR, and DR. Large eat-in country kitchen. Walk-in closets in all BRs. 4th BR setup currently with full bath, beds, and sitting/TV area (approx 16 x 25 area). .97 wooded acres with gazebo down in the wooded back corner overlooking a gentleman farmers 200 acres behind the house. Ride the back property line approx 500 yards to get to another landowners couple hundred acres with riding trails he lets people in the subdivision play around on.

PM if you are interested... Thanks! Tom

If you stroke it more than twice; you're playing with it.

Too many bikes, too much time, ENOUGH SPACE, FINALLY! Never enough money.........
