Hanging up my helmet...

Post by EZ »

Just wanted to say goodbye to all the fine people at sundial. I will no longer be posting as I have decided to give up street bikes all together. I've had too many close calls & it's time to quit. At some point in the future I will start parting my bikes out, as I am tired of looking at them!!! I have found that these old bikes are worth much more in parts as they are whole, it's a shame but that's how it is.
Take care everyone & ride safe! - Ed

I find that riding is like playing guitar. When you find yourself tired or sick of it - put it down for a while. Sooner or later you get the bug again. I hope that happens for you. But I wish you well in whatever you do. I hope you keep your web site up.

Ed, I'd hang on to one of them just in case. I hope you're well; we'll miss you.

Ed, sat it aint so!!! Are you just burned out on repairing them or have you had some close calls that have you spooked? Dont give em all up. Just put one aside, cover it up for long term storage and let it rest a while. Give yourself a year without even looking at it, get it out, ride it a little and see how you feel then.

You have been around on several forums I have been a member of and I for one would miss seeing your posts.

Take a time out and rest.

Whatever you do, I hope you are blessed and happy!!!

WHAT ???? Say it ain't so, Ed !!! I'm (almost) speechless..... :(
If you're leaving the hobby that's a terrible blow to all of us. Your work has been second to none, IMO, and you've been a big help to everyone in the stroker world.
Well, whatever path you choose I hope it works out for you. You've got my email and hopefully we'll keep in touch.....and hopefully you'll be back one of these days. Let's face it....half your bloodstream is injector oil....right???
Good luck in the future, buddy.
