Brake Mounting

So, I am well on my way to getting my 74 on the road, at least for a test drive around the block.

I am wondering if anyone can confirm the proper mounting of the part in the picture. I believe it mounts to the lower yolk, but just want to make sure. It is default to tell from online pics and videos because it is obscured by the horn.

Yes it mounts under the lower yoke, it is bolted with one of the horn bracket bolt.

Yes, looked at mine and the brake uses the left bolt in picture and right bolt has the wire loop to hold speedo cable.

Yes the horn bracket uses both bolts and goes against yoke above brake and cable guide.
