Re: Which is which
Sounds like you need to do something. I am not keen on cornering on fixed pegs as crashed an old GT125 twin in the 80s and it bloody hurt . Worst couple was on my old 125 gamma I had , I went round sharp bends and rear mono shock snapped at top mount and that really f ING hurt and broke my kneecap mind you I had derestricted it would get to 100 quickly it was write off . Then my Harley 1200 I went up hill in country rd and saw gravel right in my line so quickly moved went up grass verge but had ditches to drain rd front wheel buckled locked up on brake caliper and threw me over handle bars head first landed on cheek and broke collar bone hhad a hook screwed in for 6 months went back for it to remove it . Another was I was backing bike in shed foot slipped on grass and bike landed on me and cracked my ribs . Morphine was nice though . So now don't ride fast round corners . Harley's don't like corners . Now suffering from athritis from wounds lol

Re: Which is which
Did you ever consider something with more than 2 wheels?
Think of how stupid the average person is, then realise that half of them are more stupid than that.

Re: Which is which
Oh, and just for info for 'newbies', I have a service manual for all Suzuki models up to 1973 - (but lots relevant for models after then, like gearbox ratios, chains, charging details etc.) and an owner's manual for the GT550A (but relevant to all linked carb models.)
Anyone that would like a copy FOC please pm me with your email address and I'll send it (them) along.
There's also lots of info about Suzukis here - https://www,oldjapanesebikes.com including field guides for the 550, 500, 750 and some earlier models.
