Update

Today I removed the SRIS valves and this is what I got I guess about 10 ml

From the Right cylinder..Nothing..Zip as in no oil in crankcase

From Left cylinder

From the MIddile

Doubled checked the SRIS routing as well

SRIS Left to RH intake

Middle SRIS to left intake

SRIS Right to middle intake

I know it isn't the octopus lines and all SRIS valves working and lines clean
So My next question is can the oil pump be defective?

Not much in the oil pump that can go wrong. The two plungers are the same for all 3 cylinders and there's no moving parts in the outer casting to go wrong. http://www.pinkpossum.com/GT750/Oilpump.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

My guess is that the one of the check valves is still leaking slightly - weeping may be a better term.

It is possible that the left crank seal is leaking but that usually sucks air.

Thanks Guys
The injector oil is Blue ( Castrol Superlube ) But I have had it sitting for a few days without the SRIS valves and the RH leaked not a drop , the middle just a few same as the left though a bit more but not much.
I'll Take some photo's.
The first time I drained the crankcases the oil was greenish in colour.
Today I had a look and it's still has a green look.

Here are 2 photo's of the oil.
Middle..as you can see not much but you can see the tint of green

Image

Left side with a bit more..it is not thin like injector oil
This colour reminds of when I first got the bike and it drooled oil onto the ground after a short ride.
It was greenish in colour as well and it came out from a crank case bolt next to the water pump.
#13 to be exact. There was no copper washer.
Never did find out why there was oil in this cavity. Anyone know?

Bolt in question . You can see the green oil on the head.
I'm starting to wonder if this is the cause.

Drained the trans oil and going to let sit for a few more days

At the auto parts store they have a dye that can be added to engine fluids that shows up under a UV light , adding this to either the transmission or injector tank one at a time and testing what comes out to see if it has a trace of the tested oil sure would quickly track down the source .

That bolt #13 has threads that open into the transmission so it need the copper sealing washer .. without the copper washer the transmission oil will seep down the threads and out to drip off the bolt .

Bolt #13 would leak coolant actually if the copper washer is not installed, or if it is and someone also used a lock washer and tore it. Coolant frequently is green. 8)

Great tip suzukidave..I'll check that out and try the dye.
And thanks for explaining the #13 bolt cavity.Feel better :D
The only fluid that dripped from #13 bolt was oil.
Having changed the oil lines the cooland has come out clean with no trace of oil

No Master here Ian  .. i just had a set of open cases handy to check real quickly :ssh: I was a bit wrong also as the oil doesnt seep down the threads of the #13 bolt as the threads are all in the top case , it just runs beside the shank of the bolt and then seeps past the head .. so the copper washer is the way to stop that leak

Just an update.
I installed new SRIS valves just because I had some, then blew on the lines using my mouth to clear.
Changed the trans oil to Pennzoil 80/90 gear oil ( GL 5)
Because I have 75- carbs I lowered the clip on the needle to the 4th notch .
Installed B8ES plugs and installed Amsoil Interceptor oil.
Cleaned the baffles and heated up the mufflers to help burn off excess oil.
OK..Still burning oil but now on ALL 3 ..Go home and after chatting with Allan I lowered the pump down bit by bit.
Did a full throttle run today in 3rd and did a plug chop all 3 plugs running a very light tan with a ring at the bottom.
Ground strap is looking good.
so now it hardly smokes at all.
Hope this is it :D
