Guys,

I read this post. a lot of effort put on this one.

Ccan someone sumarize the seal and O ring size needed?

Then add MFG and possible supplier.

I don't think anyone has a kit yet (due ti back order, long lead times, slow post)

but if I had the sizes and mfg or supplier I can try to get these from USA.

Thanks

T500 pump disassembled:

Here is the list of sources I used:

1.8x10 o-ring

2x12.5 o-ring
http://www.theoringstore.com/index.php? ... ts_id=1971
2x20 o-ring (used instead of 1.8x20 o-ring)
http://www.theoringstore.com/index.php? ... ts_id=1942

9.5x16x4 oil seal (may still be out of stock at this store) (manufacturer: Winderosa)
http://www.mfgsupply.com/501415.html

8x14x4 oil seal
http://www.bocabearings.com/bearing-inv ... MS8X14X4TC

The 8x14x4 oil seal didn't seat properly on my pump. Will be using an inch-sized oil seal instead.

I finally got an email from Winderosa, they are the US distributor for the 9.5x16x4 seal. They do not manufacture the seal themselves, they supply retailers such as MFG, Amazon, etc. The seal is imported from Taiwan. They now have stock so my order should go through my local retailer.. Hopefully, I should have the seals in about a week. MFG should also get a new batch now that Winderosa has supply. My original order for the seals was placed on Jan 23rd, it has taken this long for Winderosa to restock. I have all the other O rings and the other oil seal for an initial supply of 30 kits.

Weather is starting to get nice again so I started working on the T500 oil pump again.

Used the Harwal oil seal (.313" x .563" x .25") instead of the the standard-sized top seal (8mm x 14mm x 4mm).
Had no problem with the seal spinning. Seal is a little thicker so I had to use a gasket under the top cover.

So my oil pump problem is solved. No leaks & its pumping oil in all the lines.
