Howdy,
I purchased a basket case gt550 74 which had this seat on it. After media blasting and painting I am trying to sell it on ebay. A viewer informed me that this is not the right seat. I've searched the web and can't find out for sure what bike it fits. It looks like a gt550 but instead of side hinges it has a large hinge at the back (which lines up with rear frame and fender). Any help will be appriecated. Bob

I can tell you for sure that it does NOT match the seat pan on my '74.

I never met a motorcyclist I didn't like and members on this forum are no exception. Ask and you will receive. You are correct this is in fact a CB450 k1-k2 seat. Thanks all for your help....
