Suzuki 2 Strokes

I bought the puller and removed the Starter clutch which came off fairly easy BUT now how do I get the collar off so I can change the left seal.
I tried 2 screw divers at 9 and 3 to pry off but no go.

Got an E Mail and it seems the only way to replace the seal is to split the motor.
Then use a puller to slide the collar off.
Here I thought this was an easy job..
Really not in the mood to split the motor
Guess I'll put it back together and just ride it.

Sometimes the collar you refer to does just slide off - my own experience has been its usually tighter than the non-twist off beer cap I just ripped my hand on And the seal is best done with the engine split.

I'll see if the problem still persist..then maybe during the winter I'll split the case.
