Jetting suggestions? 72 GT380 with pod filters.

So after a 2 year long project and one broken leg, it's to get back on the bike!
The motor and exhaust (fully baffled) is effectively stock, sans an electronic ignition and pod filters on each carb. I'm not necessarily looking for a performance "boost" per se, just a solid runner in all conditions. I've read time and again that it's a mistake to run anything that increases airflow without compensating on the fuel side of things. What would you guys recommend for the VM24sc in the way of rejetting? I believe the stock jet is #80 main. It starts and idles well on the stock jets now but I don't want to fry a piston at high rpms!
Thanks guys!
