Hi guys, how do you loosen exhaust clamps rings when they do not wont the move. i thought maybe heat to loosen the rust??

If you are talking about where the exhaust attaches to the cylinder(s), be careful as those snap off easily. If and when you do get them out, replace the bolts with studs, washers and nuts. Heat will help nut it's going to take oxy-acetalene. Propane is not hot enough to saturate the area with heat.

The clamps are tight on the exhaust pipes, they wont screw off.

I have no earthly idea why those rings won't screw off ----------- unless the PO somehow boogered the threads (cross threaded).

Hit them harder.
Engineering solution to engineering problem - use a bigger twattinstick.
Being polite and saying 'please' is NOT an option.

I had that same problem. I propped up the pipes and used liberal applications of PB Blaster and let them sit overnight. Even that didn't free them up totally. Eventually I clamped the clamp in the vice and gently turned the exhaust pipe. You'll need plenty of room to do this but it worked!

I have a collar on my middle cylinder seized as well. I hammered at it quite aggressively for half an or so and it barely moved. If any. Soaked that end of the pipe in Evaporust for a couple of days. That didnt work either. Its as if it is welded its so seized. So, i've been soaking it with PB Blaster. Planning to come back to it hoping a vise and perhaps a little heat do the trick. After you get them off. Id suggest putting anti seize on threads after you wire brush them.
They make different kinds depending on temp conditions.
