Parts check - T500

I haven't posted recently, as I don't want to be that guy who talks about what he's going to do instead of what he's done. But between set backs in my T500R project, and delays from work, family, and life, progress has been pretty slow until recently.
After determining that the engine on my '71 was not worth anything but spare parts ( viewtopic.php?f=9&t=6158 ), I got lucky and came across an attic find - a '73 motor that had been sitting in the attic of a power sports shop in NH. Not much was known of the engine - it was thought to be a top half rebuild that the owner never paid on, and had spent a couple of years stored away in their attic space. 9 hours of driving and a few hundred dollar bills later, my project is moving again!
I've completed tearing it down. Top half is fresh. Splitting the case, I could tell someone had been there before, by the hardening sealer used on the case halves. Most everything in the case looks good, but before I send the crank off for rebuild, I have some questions.
Below is a picture of the crank seals I bought. Three from Babbits, RH oil Seal picked up on eBay (the unbagged one). Does this look correct? The eBay seller has a picture of the seal in gray, but his posting picture just doesn't look right.
I am glad that I opened this engine up, as I found these two washers (spacers?) floating around loose in the bottom of the transmission. Can anyone identify them for me?
