Stuck Choke Plungers

I'm wondering if anyone has any clever tricks for getting a stuck choke plunger out of the carb. I've been out in the garage for a couple hours tonight working on my ZRT600 carbs with no luck. 2 of the 3 are froze in place and it's no wonder why I've been having a hard time starting it. So far I sprayed the plunger hole full of liquid wrench, let that sit for about an hour, and even tried gently heating the carb body. Will let the liquid wrench soak overnight and try tomorrow. Again, just wondering if anyone has another idea that might work better.

Update, I found a good "How to" write-up on the mraxl site

Will give it a try when I get some time and post my progress (lets hope).

Sorry bout that, It worked for me. After a lot of persistance I was able to free up the plunger. WD40 soaking over night then heat did the trick! Now just one left to do.
