Hmmm.

Was going over the GT for a dirt ride this weekend, and found this
So I whipped of the oil pump to have a look & could not find anything obvious. So i replaced with one off the spare pumps I have with no luck, although the air bubbles are a lot smaller.
Looks like i may have to replace the oil line assembly
As this line feeds the inlet on no3 I'm not to worried about a seizure. There is so much piston slap in this motor, you could probably drive a Mack through the clearance gap.
The other 5 lines are fine.
Any ideas?

I'd start out by soaking the whole "octopus" in a baking tray of kerosene. Leave it overnight and then use a low pressure pump or syringe to push kerosene through the lines, one at a time. Then I'd grab a Mityvac and apply positive pressure in the direction of flow and see where they all crack open. And then I'd use it as a vacuum to apply negative pressure and see if they all hold a vacuum.
Most likely there's a blockage or that one line is jammed open and not sealing.
If/when the lines all check out, connect the oil supply to them up, crank it wide open and spin it a fee times to check for oil from all 6 outlets. Crank outlets pass very little oil but the inlets should be pretty easy to see oil form all three outlets.

Well it's all good now. Decided to rip out the Octopus to do as recommended, and discovered that all 6 banjo bolts were loose

. Also found the coolant leak that has been bugging me for about 6 years, the bypass hose fitting next to starter was not tightened properly. Nothing is leaking now. Considering that this motor was transfered out of a wreck cause it ran 10 years ago, & i'm only having problems now I think I've been lucky.

its amazing what you find when you bite the bullet and strip whatever has been bugging you for however long .
sometimes you get lucky sometimes you dont.
but if you dont look it will normaly fail just when dont expect it.
but id rather be lucky than good as the saying goes.
