Suzuki 2 Strokes

Hi guys

I have just sent my T500 frame off to be powder coated & at the moment sorting though the boxes of bits i have.

I am trying to figure how the oil tank is mounted at the bottom. The top looks easy just on to the frame at the top.

The only thing I can think of is its mounted in some way to the battery box.

any ideas?

The oil tank also mounts to the battery box at its lower section, as does the air cleaner, as well as on the frame below the fuel tank. Once these three items are all attached as designed the assembly becomes quite sturdy.
