Where can I source this in the US? Ganged carbs 341-11. I read somewhere that modern Mikuni valves should fit. Just can’t determine which.
Thanks in advance.

Compare your needle valves to the info on
https://www.jetsrus.com/needle_valve_fl ... ikuni.html
The size is stamped into the seat.
They are a common part pretty much available everywhere including Amazon, eBay, your like bike dealer, & Jets R US.

Thanks so much. I came across that, but I’m still unsure how to determine which part is correct. The seats are marked 2.0.

I came across this site which sells aftermarket parts
https://motocomp-online.com/kawasaki/26 ... asaki.html
This leads me to believe the seat and valve for the GT550 are the same as the ones for Yamaha XS650 which are pretty accessible. Any thoughts?

Looked at the GT550 needle valves listed on eBay.
They look like the Mikuni VM26/26 or possibly VM15/172.
Measure the thread OD. If 9mm then they are VM26/26. If 7mm then they are VM15/172.
Looked at my purchase history. Bought VM26/26-2.0 a bunch of times. Didn’t find a VM15/172 purchase.
Jets R US lists them as: (2.0) VM26/26 002-189
Typically they are listed as I have (- size): VM26/26-2.0
Some retailers discount the genuine Mikuni needle valves. The aftermarket equivalents are available for a good bit less.

That is super helpful! Thank you. Any benefit/detriment to using 786-15005, the one with the viton tip?
