Brake lines and banjo fittings

Does anyone know where I can find replacement brake lines and banjo fitting for a 73 gt250? Doesn't need to be OEM, universal is fine. I have a new master cylinder that takes a m10 1.25 banjo bolt. The problem is I don't know if the Goodridge lines and banjo fitting I found will be compatible with the 10mm hard-line coming from the caliper. I need a 10mm 45° banjo fitting but the ones I've found are AN-2 & 3, and I'm looking to replace the line with a 28" black braided stainless steel. If anyone can help me I'd greatly appreciate it.

Some years ago we did a similar upgrade to a 73 GT250, but used a rebuilt master cylinder. More recently that was replaced when we did the cafe build.

Here is a pic of what we had.

The master cylinder banjo bolt is a standard bolt. You will also need two new crush washers.
If the master cylinder doesn't have a brake light switch, you can use banjo bolt that includes a brake light switch.
Any bike shop parts guy with a universal parts catalog can set you up.

If the Goodridge line is an indented replacement for the GT250, then you are good. Otherwise route a string along the brake line path & measure its length to make use the length is ok.

We took the brake line & caliper+hardline assembly to an auto parts store to get the correct fitting. Don’t know what it’s called, but it’s a standard part.

Would this all work together? The master cylinder is an aftermarket one from japbikespares.com, and takes a m10 1.25 thread. The hard line is the only original line I'm not replacing.

The Goodridge banjo bolt is ok. You will need two new crush washers.
The Goodridge adapter is ok.

Did you measure to make sure the hose length is ok? Do you have the original brake hose?

I have no insight into the fitting you will need to connect to the original metal brake line.

A local bike shop that works with the parts distributor Tucker will be able to get you all of these parts.

I measured the original line and it was 27", but I haven't seen anyone selling that length, so I went with the 28" since I thought a little extra play is better than too little play. The connection to the hard line is my main concern. Would it be best to use a local shop to make a line with the proper fittings on each end?

That’s what I did for the red GT750 rebuild. Took the existing lines to a local shop that made up new stainless steel lines with the correct fittings. They were sheathed in black so they looked similar to stock.

It's definitely the easiest approach if you have an appropriate local shop.
