Suzuki T20 oil pump repair

Post by ettore »

Does anyone have a serviceable T20 oil pump for sale, or know of someone who could repair my pump, it looks like mine has the plunger hole threads in the body stripped and some of the plunger screw threads also. I cannot get the plunger screw to stay threaded in the hole. Ettore

I have a virtual friend who is a machinist that repairs Kawasaki Triples oil pumps with stripped threads. He uses time certs and does a great job. I could email him to see if he might be willing to look at yours?

If your oil injection pump uses M6-1.0 thread size, my guy can repair your pump threads. Can anyone confirm thread size for this oil pump?
