Gasket help
I'm putting my Gt500 back together and I order the gasket kit in the pic. What are the smallest gaskets for, and what are the metal rings for? I know where the rest go. Also is the clutch cover the only cover that takes a gasket? The kit did not come with any gaskets for the flywheel and sprocket covers.

Re: Gasket help
The magneto & sprocket covers do not have gaskets.
The bottom small asymmetric gasket is for the oil pump.
Next up small symmetric gasket is for the neutral switch — your bike might use an o-ring instead of this gasket.
Next two go between the cylinder & carb holders.
The two metal rings are for the exhaust headers.
What are those head gaskets made out of? (They typically are shinny metal.)
