Hi,
I recently bought a Suzuki GT125 X4, which has a slight play on crank big end bearings. I'd like to get the crank rebuilt and given new oil seals and bearings too.
My question what parts do I need for the crank rebuild? Obviously new rods, washers and big end bearings but what else? In the parts diagram it looks like the big end pin is solid part on the crank web (parts 12 & 14).
What size are the main bearings and do they have something special which would require the use of SGP part instead of standard good quality bearings?

Re: Suzuki GT125 Crankshaft rebuild
Grampian motorcycles in the UK are very good at rebuilding cranks - especially the smaller Suzy two strokes, so they might be the ones to ask.

Think of how stupid the average person is, then realise that half of them are more stupid than that.
