reason being I have so many customer projects on the go right now, I might need some help. So I might just take you up on your offer. I am going to Shannonville this Saturday to the vintage bike races to hopefully make some contacts regarding installing seals on the crank. if and when you are coming up this way again, let me know. I have found a place to do the crank but it is out of province and there must be a closer place. My engine machinist doesn't do crank seals. Thanks again.

Paul.

I guarantee you there are options available without having to go out of province. As an example there is Wolfe Worx in London that should be able to handle it, and a friend of mine has his done somewhere in Kingston. If you are a CVMG member, you can also ask the question on their forum or FB page. 8)

Thanks Ian, at Paris a couple of years ago, I got a card from Terry Wolfe, nice guy. I will give him a call.

Thought I'd better update this one, after all summer waiting, finally picked up the engine assembly about a month ago. Crank needed seals, a re bore for the cylinders, all new seals, clutch, pistons and rings. Funny thing, it started right up! The crank seals, each one of them, where only half there as the springs and rubber lips of the seals were in the crank case. Just waiting for the correct points to get here to put the icing on the cake. Now, all we need is spring to get here!
