AS50 Oil pump adjustment?

Got my little sporty little AS50 running (and it's purring like a kitten). Well patina'd as you can see!
Mine is a 1968 model, but the manual I have is for 1969-on models, (different tank shape) and refers to different pump alignment marks than mine has, and a reference mark on the carb slide which mine doesn't have.
Does anyone have info or manual covering method of adjusting the oil pump/cable etc for a '68?
My bike is pretty well dead original, I'm the second keeper, if anyone needs specific pics or reference to help in their restoration, let me know.
