ope there might be some still left who are familiar with the pistons and rings in the S32 Suzuki's. I just got what I thought to be correct pistons and rings and the rings don't fit in the piston ring grooves.
I found the part #s for both the pistons and rings by searching online and conferring with a local Suzuki dealer who looked up the numbers for me, although he did not have them available.
The old rings mic the same thickness as new ones. The rings have "RN" stamped on each of them on top. The pistons mic the same dimensions except for the main problem that the rings wwon't fit in the ring groves.
Neither the new rings nor old rings will fit in the new pistons ring grooves. Somethings not right here.
The part # for the pistons is: 12110-09205 STD
Rings: 12140-09809

Don’t have the answer to your question, but you might find an old printed parts manual will help sort this out. Some are available via eBay.
