GT750 Swingarm Bushings - Advice Wanted!

Hi all,
First post in a while due to not having a project underway. Anyway I have an issue with my GT750 swingarm that I would appreciate some input on. Couple of years back I did the needle roller bearing conversion but now its developed some play which is surprising as I haven't done that many miles and I sure did not expect things to wear that quickly. Everything has been greased regularly and the end-spacers were brand new when I did the conversion.
Looking to hear from anyone who has experienced this problem with the needle rollers and what you did to rectify.
Thanks!

Sounds like either cheap bearings or wear in the axle.
You'll have to take it apart to see what actually has worn.

Ther's the possibility that the bearings have settled in the swingarm,
And may now need a shim between bearing and frame.

Thanks lads. After dismantling here is what I found. Per specifications elsewhere on this forum I had used Timken B1412 needle roller bearings which have a stated internal diameter of 0.875 inches. The end spacers measured about 0.864 inches diameter so there was already some play in the setup (either I didn't notice at the time or I chose to ignore it when I did the first install). So I opened a beer to help me think this through. After finishing the contents of the (aluminium) beer can the ideas started to flow so I cut it up and made some shim material to go around the end-spacer. The fit was perfect.....I now have no play and I did some recycling at the same time.
