T250/350 Exhaust Clamp Wrench/spanner tool?

Hi guys, still wrestling with the running rich T350 and am wondering, before I butcher them with a mole, is there a tool or a preferred method of tightening the exhaust clamps that screw onto the barrel and secure the Gasket. It looks like a knurled section ideal for a mole and a notched section ideal for a C-Spanner.
Is there an over the counter perfect size spanner maybe for a rear monoshock that will fit nicely?
