I'm about to embark on relining my tank with Caswell tank sealer later in the week. Any tips and/or warnings I should be aware of? I already used acetone and dry wall screws as prep.

make sure its totally dry inside tank. All the moisture needs to be gone.
Temperature is key. If it too warm or humid out, it will be runny and thin and will set up rather quickly. If its too cold, it will be like pouring molasses and will take forever and a day to set up.
I have personally used it twice on tanks and it works really well. Otherwise, the instructions are well written and as long as you follow them, you should be fine.

Never used it but the key to all tank liners is dry, dry, DRY!. Any moisture left in the tight tank seams will ruin the job. A hair dryer or heat gun in the filler neck with petcock removed. When you are certain it is dry, dry it some more.. When it comes time to pour in the liner,, just tape over the petcock opening. I've seen a few trash petcocks that were left on the tank during the process. I have done several tanks using POR-15.

I like the POR myself. I put a hair dryer propped up into the filler hole with the petcock out, blowing for about 2 hours. The dryer almost melted, pissed the wife off haha.

So far so good with the liner

. Instructions in the kit states that it can coat two 5 gallon tanks or 1 with two coats. I did two coats. It bridged a 1/4" x 3/8" hole nicely. Cures to a shiney semi-hard, semi-flexible coating. I am now touching up the outside of the tank and will soon be adding fuel to it. I'll update this thread at that time. BTW this is on my Seca's tank which has a lot of hard angles.
